Responsibilities
Team Management: Manage a team of Project Managers and Engineers, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team.
Project Management: Deliver projects from small capital works to larger refurbishments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and stakeholder expectations.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including internal RACV enterprise clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives.
Design Expertise: Contribute to design discussions and feasibility reviews, providing practical input to ensure project viability and alignment with operational needs.
Budget and Schedule Management: Develop, monitor, and report on project budgets and schedules, proactively addressing risks and challenges to keep projects on track.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to compliance requirements and best practices within the industry.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to project delivery tools, templates, and workflows to enhance efficiency and consistenc
