In this role, you will play a key part in driving Hasbro's latest projects, bring new creations and ideas to the world. We are looking for a creative and ambitious individual who is committed in project management and capable of leading and managing a team to achieve success. Key Responsibilities • Lead a team of Project Managers. Provide guidance and coaching to the team. • Lead and monitor the development & delivery within the product life cycle of global product lines of all complexities • Work with cross functional teams, external suppliers and partners to deliver project goals from brand focus and plan solutions when needed for achieving the target. • Act as communication hub for all development & delivery information with internal & external stakeholders • Coordinate & participate to Topline milestone meetings / Team review. Track for closure of issues throughout the development. • Maintain, and continuously improve milestones / highlight / reports and ensure data is accurate in product life cycle systems. Requirements • Holder of bachelor’s degree in business or technical area. Project Management Certification is a plus. • 7+ years of working experience in consumer products field with minimum 2 years of project management in multi-national company. • Able to handle project independently. • Able to handle complex project involving hardware and software development. • Good knowledge of computer software such as MS Excel, Word, Project and Powerpoint. • Excellent command of English and preferably fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
