Description

To Intake, Plan, monitor, control, execute, and report regulatory projects and initiatives to ensure delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining alignment with the regulator. To lead regulatory project’s initiation activities, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with and approvals from key stakeholders. Ensure internal and external alignment, set clear expectations and adhere to them, monitor performance of regulatory portfolio, track progress against milestones, manage change requests, and mitigate risks to ensure project stability and continuity. Work with fellow PMO team to coordinate in delivery of any dependencies in alignment with the expectations. Act as single point of contact for IT on all regulatory topics.

Responsibilities

Lead the intake, planning, and execution of regulatory projects to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Act as the primary IT point of contact for regulatory topics and coordinate dependencies with the PMO team.
