The Role

Working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, senior leadership and functional teams, you will help coordinate and deliver key strategic and operational priorities.

• You will:Translate strategic priorities and management decisions into structured implementation plans with clear deliverables, owners and deadlines
• Maintain the central roadmap for key business initiatives and transformation projects
• Track projects from initial decision through to implementation and measurable outcome
• Establish appropriate KPIs and measures of success
• Independently manage defined projects and workstreams across Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, eCommerce and IT
• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure projects remain on track
• Ensure project owners understand their responsibilities and commitments
• Challenge delays and help establish recovery plans where delivery is off-track
• Support larger strategic and transformation programmes led by senior management
