QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid educational background in IT or mountains of relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years in the trenches, managing IT infrastructure projects with tenacity and creative flair
  • Hands on experience leading, coaching, mentoring, motivating others
  • A strong understanding of what drives healthy, efficient teams
  • Holder of a PMP or PRINCE2 certification
  • Skilled in MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools—your shield and armor in the battle of deadlines.
  • Proven experience in managing sprawling, distributed IT deployments across various terrains (physical and digital).
  • A maestro of virtualization and networking technologies.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex project scopes into victorious project outcomes
  • Expert at navigating the complexities of multinational and multi-disciplinary environments.
     

Responsibilities:

  • Establish best practices, methodologies, and standards for project management across the organization.
  • Convert high-level business objectives into actionable, innovative project plans.
  • Ensure all projects align with company strategy and goals while managing resources effectively.
  • Take charge of projects as required, guiding them through their entire lifecycle to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Maintain rigorous oversight while fostering a culture of innovation and flexibility by controlling scope schedule and budget
  • Identify potential issues and risks across projects, implementing mitigation strategies before they escalate.
  • Coordinate and manage inter-project relationships with strategic acumen.
  • Ensure teams are effectively deployed and resources are utilized efficiently through optimization of the resource allocation.
  • Serve as the primary communicator, delivering updates and presentations that keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Lead by example, fostering professional growth and development within your team.
  • Influence and encourage teams to achieve project success.
  • Tackle new challenges with enthusiasm, adding your unique touch to every task.
