Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a skilled and highly motivated Manager of Project Planning (DEL5-20003598) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with overseeing project planning activities to ensure that all initiatives align with our strategic vision and are executed efficiently. Your expertise in project planning will be instrumental in driving the successful implementation of our ambitious projects within the entertainment and leisure sectors in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize project planning processes, frameworks, and methodologies that support effective project execution. Collaborate with project managers and teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Establish and manage project schedules, timelines, and critical paths, ensuring timely project completion. Conduct thorough analysis of project plans and schedules, providing recommendations for enhancements and improvements. Monitor project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing solutions to mitigate risks. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing project planning status, updates, and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders. Engage with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor and assist in the professional development of junior planning staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in project planning, particularly within large-scale construction or development projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing project performance. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and planning. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the entertainment or leisure industry is a plus.
