This role has two key areas of focus:

  • Ensuring the successful implementation of processes, programs, and/or systems for large complex projects. The individual will lead and coordinate initiatives across several departments to successfully deliver major initiatives including but not limited to brand, content, and commercial disciplines. The individual will identify and build requirements, to execute against timelines to achieve wide-ranging goals.
  • Conduct recurring and ad-hoc analytics using multiple internal and external tools for the identification of risks and opportunities for specific geographies, brands, segments or channels.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Marketing, Hospitality, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience; Certifications – PMP®/CAPM®/Six Sigma preferred
  • At least 2 years’ experience managing projects from inception to completion
  • Experience conducting detailed analysis using multiple data sources
  • Experience preparing stories and narrative based on wide-ranging analysis
  • 6-8 years progressive work-related experience in marketing and/or hotel operations and/or a related hospitality field desired.
  • Proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position, including experience managing waterfall projects, change management and/or Six Sigma continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation.
  • Strong consultative skills and demonstrated ability to achieve corporate business objectives across functional boundaries.
  • Strong negotiator and able to influence those outside own team. Ability to lead a team in a matrix environment and resolve conflicts as needed
  • Must possess strong communication skills, written and verbal; articulate, persuasive & influential; systematic and timely. Will be responsible for developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders. *Experience with analytical tools and delivering analytical outputs to senior audiences
  • Works well under stress and can manage projects in an environment with tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships by establishing credibility through subject matter expertise with a collaborative solution driven approach.
  • Familiarity with meeting industry data, metrics, software and tools a plus
    Location – Atlanta, GA: Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
    The salary range for this role is $58,834.00 to $120,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
