(beckers-group.com) As such, the Project Manager role will play a critical part in delivering high-impact projects that support Beckers growth, quality and sustainability goals. Job Description Overview - The Project Manager will lead and coordinate end-to-end projects (for example: new production line installations, coating system rollouts, facility upgrades or customer-specific solutions) within the Middle East region. They will ensure timely delivery, cost control, safety requirements, quality assurance, stakeholder alignment, and alignment with Beckers’ global standards and sustainability objectives. Safety compliance - Ensure that all facilities within the site comply with safety regulations set forth by relevant governing bodies and other local regulatory agencies. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and timeline in collaboration with stakeholders (internal: operations, R&D, supply chain, regional business unit; external: contractors, vendors, clients and consultants) Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resourcing, budget estimates, risk registers, and communication plans Lead cross-functional project teams (engineering, procurement, production, QC, HSE) to ensure project milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to the required quality Monitor and report on project progress, identify issues or deviations, drive corrective actions and escalate when necessary Ensure compliance with Beckers corporate standards (HSE, sustainability, quality, regulatory, BLPS) and local regulatory requirements Manage stakeholder engagement: keep senior leadership, business unit heads and external partners informed of status, risks and opportunities Facilitate change management: ensure hand-over from project to operations is smooth, documentation is complete, staff training is delivered and benefits are realised Drive continuous improvement in project delivery: adopt best practices, post-implementation reviews, lessons learned capture Where applicable, manage multiple concurrent projects in the region, ensuring prioritisation and resource optimisation KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND BEHAVIOURS REQUIRED Leadership and team-motivation: able to lead cross-functional teams and engage contractors/vendors Accountability and ownership: takes end-to-end responsibility for project success Good knowledge on project excel, ppt and reporting. Strategic-mindset: aligns project outcomes with broader company strategy (innovation, sustainability, growth) Adaptability and resilience: comfortable working in dynamic, international environment with shifting priorities Effective communicator: clear, concise and persuasive in both written and verbal formats To be fully competent in the use of IT systems and software including; Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and etc. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or Project Management; preferably Master’s or PMP/Prince2 certification Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience, ideally within manufacturing, coatings/chemicals, or industrial plant/turn-key projects Strong track record of delivering complex technical projects (budget, schedule, scope) in a global/multi-site environment Experience working in the Middle East region (UAE/KSA) or familiarity with EMEA project execution contexts is a strong advantage Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work across cultures and functions Proficiency with project management tools/software, ability to build and maintain detailed schedules and budgets Strong problem-solver, organised, able to prioritise, handle competing demands and drive results under pressure Good understanding of HSE, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks in manufacturing/industrial context Additional Information The above list is not exhaustive and the role holder may be required to perform reasonable additional duties.
