We’re seeking a strategic leader to join our City Assets team and manage Council’s diverse real estate portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager- City Property, you will lead a high-performing team delivering leasing, licensing, acquisitions, disposals, and road processes, while driving compliance, policy development and revenue growth. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll provide property solutions that are commercially sound, legally robust and aligned with community needs. Your collaborative leadership style will support performance, innovation and integration across departments, positioning property as a key enabler of Playford’s long-term strategic and organisational goals.
