Job Overview:
We are looking for hospitality specialists, new college graduates, and management professionals with a passion for exceptional service and acute attention to detail to join the team of community association managers at FirstService Residential. Job Responsibilities:
Provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure the property is maintained and operated in accordance with company objectives. Responsibilities include working closely with the association, Board of Directors (BOD) and/or the developer to manage and operate the community, facilitate solutions to problems between communities and internal support staff.

Travel:
Within the Kansas City metropolitan area. Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance and must not have a record of a revoked or suspended license as determined upon review of the motor vehicle driving report or record in accordance with applicable law.
What We Offer:
Part-time, non-exempt associates working 20-30 hours per week, will be eligible for part-time benefits to include your choice of dental, vision, and more. Part-time associates are not eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays and a 401k with company match.
