About the Job To manage and strengthen relationships with TPAs and healthcare providers. Ensure efficient contracting and credentialing processes and support strategic initiatives that enhance provider performance, service delivery and drive cost containment measure Support and manage relationships with TPAs and other healthcare providers, ensuring alignment with service standards and cost strategies Assist with provider contracting, credentialing, performance reviews, due diligence and annual audits. Ensure accuracy and completeness of panel listings within the agreed timelines. Collaborate with internal teams (claims, customer service, marketing) to resolve provider-related issues. Monitor KPIs such as provider turnaround time, member feedback, and cost containment targets. Support implementation of provider-related projects including onboarding of direct healthcare providers and new TPAs. Bachelor's degree(preferred) or diploma in healthcare, business administration, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in employee benefits or healthcare provider network management. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail with strong administrative and organisational abilities. Proficient in data analytics and employee benefit systems. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the employee benefits and healthcare industry.]
