Build and maintain strong relationships with key editors, writers, producers, and media stakeholders across design, home, lifestyle, and trade industries. Secure high-quality earned media placements that reinforce brand differentiation, craftsmanship, and heritage. Monitor media coverage and industry landscape to identify opportunities and sentiment shifts, adjusting PR strategy accordingly. Research, evaluate, and recruit new influencer partners and brand collaborators—across consumer, trade, and design audiences—ensuring alignment with Rejuvenation’s aesthetics and values. Build partnership briefs, negotiate deliverables, manage contracts, project timelines, content creation, and product fulfillment. Oversee influencer project performance, engagement, and ROI, providing actionable insights for future programs. Own relationships with like-minded brands for partnership opportunities that elevate awareness and support customer acquisition goals. Create and manage Rejuvenation’s event strategy, including store openings, in-store activations, brand partnership events, trade events, and community engagements. Lead end-to-end planning for events: creative concepting, run of show, logistics, vendor management, and post-event recaps. Oversee event budgets, retail execution, attendee lists, influencer invites, RSVPs, and event production needs. Support the creation of event content for social channels, PR, and editorial storytelling. Travel as needed and serve as liaison to Rejuvenation retail teams to support event execution and represent the brand in market. Review and reconcile invoices, track spend by project, and report budget progress to brand leadership. Analyze PR performance, media impact, influencer metrics, and partnership results, presenting clear monthly and quarterly reporting. Provide insights and recommendations to increase ROI and optimize future programs. Criteria 4–6 years of experience in PR, social media management, brand marketing, and/or digital marketing, preferably within the home, design, or lifestyle industries. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust across all levels of the organization and with external partners. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams, media contacts, influencers, and brand partners. Proven time-management and project-management abilities, with a track record of prioritizing effectively and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Highly creative thinker with strong conceptual judgment, visual sensibility, and the ability to translate ideas into actionable programs.
