Description

Job Description Implement the QA/QC management system at site. Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures at site and ensure activities are as per approved QA procedures Review and approve the quality plan of the contractors. Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors. coordinate all nondestructive testing on site. Provide QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors. Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards. Participate in the site internal and external site audits. Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspection. Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and completed for as-built handover. Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action. Complete the site quality control instructions and action remedial responses. Monitor and implement the approved site QC plan. Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues. Attend the QA/QC site weekly meetings. Ensure the safety is adhered to at site. Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status. Assist the CM and PM to up-date Quality Manuals, procedures and Quality Plans. Submit monthly report to the CM and PM with regards to the amount of work inspected, problems encountered and solved. Training for the Engineers and sub –contractors related to the quality documents. Timely interaction with Client for Final walk down for the systems and generating master snag list. Verify all the snag list with engineers, sub-contractors and closing with Client. Review all the documents and submit as per the Client requirement. Qualifications & Requirements Degree in Mechanical/Production/Chemical/Industrial Engineering 20 years of experience.
