Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and control strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Oversee the execution of quality audits, inspections, and testing procedures to ensure product and process integrity.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes of defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
• Certification in relevant quality methodologies (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) is highly desirable.
