EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in science or related scientific disciplines
• About 8-10 years of relevant work experience in Nutraceutical / Food/ pharmaceutical /biotech industry
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

SKILLS & ABILITY

• Knowledge and compliance to GMP and GLP including 21 CFR Part 11, CFR Part 111 , 117 and / or 210 , 211 .
• Hands-on experience with implementing and managing Quality Compliance systems and processes, experience in handling internal and external audits.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.

The Quality Assurance Manager, Operations support ensures US Pharma Lab facilities, equipment, operations, Standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation are GMP compliant and align with 21 CFR Part 111 and 117.
A Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet the established standards of quality , safety and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing and overseeing the quality assurance process, developing, and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, and monitoring and reporting on performance metrics.
