Description
Responsibilities Promote, drive, and reinforce quality governance across Hong Kong Transport Services Business Units Embed quality governance principles and quality culture into operational processes Manage quality governance programmes, including planning, organising, delivery, and feedback collection for quality assurance promotional events Support and execute quality culture promotion programmes and events across operational departments Establish and conduct measurements to assess and report on quality assurance performance levels Manage, coordinate, and deliver quality governance and maintenance surveillance programmes Lead specific improvement projects to enhance quality assurance in maintenance works and controls Maintain continuous communication with supervisory and frontline maintenance staff to gather feedback and enhance quality assurance programmes Champion the development and execution of quality training to enhance quality assurance behaviour Maintain effective communication with asset maintenance departments to drive improvements in quality assurance matters Coordinate communication meetings with EMSD RB and other regulators Carry out tasks assigned by management when required Requirements Degree in Engineering or a recognized professional qualification in a related discipline A minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in quality assurance or asset management of a high reliability organisation, preferably gained in transportation industry with at least 2 years at managerial level Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred Good interpersonal, communication, report writing, and analytical skills Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
