Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Implement and track/monitor OSAT Partners’ Quality KPI including reporting to Infineon Customer Audit Skill : On-site support audit / visit from IFX customers, findingclosure & improvement follow up On-site perform pre-audit prior to customer audit / visit Lead yearly VDA 6.3 and LAP Audit Regular shop floor surveillance to ensure instructions andcontrols are correctly implemented Support development projects and safe launch / ramp up audit Deviation Management Skill : Lead the 8D root cause finding and implementcorrective/preventive actions Review & buy off 8D report Perform 8D committed actions verification audit MRB, Lots disposition based on risk assessment, QMR Meet customers on 8D resolution Zero Defect Program : Drive OSAT Partners to continuously improve the qualityperformance Strive towards zero defect, no customer complaint ICO Management : Review with FE on the wafer disposition and wafer returnarrangement Incoming wafers and Finish Goods Logistic : Support incoming wafers and finish good logistic defect materialdisposition Raise ICO and drive FE for improvement (directly or indirectlyvia PTE) New Product & process Qualification, New Material Qualification,Change Management : Enabling new OSAT partners Projects milestones checklist review meeting, quality assessment Review Safe launch & Production Control Plan & FMEA Safe launch execution, reviews and monitoring. Identifyweaknesses and drive for improvement Support in Development 8D Update Quality Operating System / SCOP document On-site support & verification on line/document readiness Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent is preferred (e.g. Chemistry, Electronics, Materials, Mechanical, Physics,and etc). At least 3 to 5 years experience within the Semiconductor Industry inTechnology Developments/Product Developments/Process Engineering with knowledge about manufacturing processes, testing. Good knowledge of Deviation management. Ability to demonstrate a methodical and logical approach in problem solving analysis Good knowledge of failure analysis and knowledge of reliability assessment will be added advantage. Knowledge on ISO9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 requirements will be added advantage. Must possess excellent problem solving and Statistical analytical skills with the use of quality tools (e.g. 8D, FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, 5 Why, SPC tools and etc).
