Job Responsibilities: Support the implementation of IT quality strategy, quality assurance initiatives, procedures and review frameworks to ensure compliance with corporate policies and compliance standards Prepare, collect and review materials as requested by internal / external auditors or regulators, participate in relevant audits / on-site examinations as appropriate and manage subsequent follow up actions Manage the metrics and KPIs of the IT department, be able to present the achievements of quality management Liaise with internal and external clients to deliver quality deliverables such as new processes, quality documentation, quality audits, etc. Work in collaboration with development teams to perform quality assurance reviews Evaluate the design and effectiveness of IT controls and identify performance improvement opportunities Identify and communicate IT audit findings Maintain the certification of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 for the IT department Job Requirements: Degree holder in an appropriate field in IT Management or related disciplines Minimum 4 years of work experience in IT audit, quality management, or equivalent Knowledge in IT project management, IT service management, software development methodologies including agile and waterfall Knowledge in ISO 9001 and/or ISO/IEC27001 with experience as Management Representative role is preferred Knowledge in HKMA’s C-RAF, PCI-DSS and relevant standards is preferred IT audit experience (internal / external) with financial institutions and familiar with regulations issued by HKMA is preferred Recognized relevant qualification such as IRCA-approved lead auditor, CISA, PMP is preferred Strong awareness and proactive management of compliance and internal control Good communication skills and good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Self-motivated and a good team player, able to work under pressure We offer successful candidate an attractive remuneration package and excellent career prospects. The Manager, Quality Management will support the implementation of IT quality strategies and manage quality assurance initiatives to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
