• Proactive responsibility for the quality/customer interface

• Head of the factory quality department, which covers the following areas:
  • Departmental budgeting and compliance
  • Resource allocation
  • Employee evaluation and development
  • Supplier management
• Management, implementation and verification of the relevant quality management systems
• Supporting the development and market launch of new products and processes.
• Management of the auditing of internal and external quality systems (e.g. TS16949, VDA, ISO 9001 etc.)
• Monitoring of sampling procedures to ensure that customer requirements are met and adhered to in new or modified products and processes.
• Ensuring functional participation in product development and market launch activities, including identifying customer expectations, manufacturing and ongoing support of production tests.
• Verification of measurement systems; analysis for measuring instruments and devices used within the production process or its support

Your profile:

• Technical vocational training with further commercial training or studies in mechanical engineering / automotive engineering or comparable fields.
• At least 6 years of professional experience, including at least two years in a management position in the automotive industry.
• Extensive experience in quality methods such as FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, VDA 6.3, GD&T…
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (both spoken and written)
• Strong problem-solving skills including tools: 8D, Ishikawa diagram, 5 whys etc.
• Solid MS Office skills
• Flexibility, resilience, persuasiveness, sociability, teamwork skills, independent, detail-oriented and analytical work style
• Interest in the field of AI, automation
