Team lead of Kulim Real-Time-Dispatcher (RTD) software engineering team Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Team lead of Kulim Real-Time-Dispatcher (RTD) software engineering team Development of dispatching and automation-use-cases using the AMAT RTD-framework Provide comprehensive support for the ongoing key digitalization projects for Kulim Frontend - e.g. one SAP, TPS @KLM or OMAHA rollout Close collaboration with the FE-wide RTD community and within cross-functional teams, including - Production, Engineering and Quality Drive for high level of standardization and re-use of solutions &methods in close interaction with the other Front end sites Coach team-members in daily work and ensure training and up-skilling Ensure sustaining and continuous improvement of the exiting solutions Central interface for the other RTD teams @ FE sites Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Production Logistics. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity Professional experience in coding and programming, with a strong foundation in software development principles and practices Ideally already some background / expertise with AMAT RTD-framework A strong interest in data structures and the development of automation solutions in front-end (FE) production environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex material flows on the shop floor Some initial work experience in FE production and related processes,including material handling system Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
