KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university and five to seven years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 3 years in business transformation or change leadership. PMP designation preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional transformation programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong communication and chang-management skills.
  • Business process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills to perform data collection and benchmarking against best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and technology, Windows and Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, Vizio, Power BI, and Outlook. Strong proficiency researching the Internet.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to align strategic projects, including technology solutions across all business operations.
  • Work with cross functional leadership to scope projects and manage work plans to ensure successful implementation.
  • Drive projects following the PMO defined methodology and best practices, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and following the organizational standards. This includes the delivery of detailed project plans that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Facilitates meetings and output with key stakeholders, working groups, and SMEs. Build and manage strong relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external customers; manage expectations and maintain the relationship by keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
  • Collect, analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights and monitor performance during the project. Partner with Business Intelligence to develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and transformation outcomes. Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings to stakeholders and support data-driven decision making.
  • Drive effective decision making by challenging current state, scope, and timing with a focus on operational effectiveness. Report on key metrics to provide visibility into productivity, adoption, and utilization.
  • Lead the change management including communications, training, process maps and document SOPS for assigned projects and delivery process into the business.
  • Monitor and report progress monthly for assigned projects, including progress against timeline, benefit realization, risk/issue resolution and resource/budget variance.
  • Drive coordination of requirements between the business and IT to ensure alignment to business needs.
  • Ensures timely issue identification, resolution, and escalation when appropriate with leadership and key stakeholders on assigned projects.
