Bringing subject matter expertise, strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.

You will also bring:

  • Proven experience managing regulatory relationships and reporting at a senior executive or board level.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • A degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Law, Risk, or Compliance.
  • Eligibility for a VGCCC Casino Special Employee Licence (Melbourne).

Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager Regulatory Affairs to join our Compliance and Regulatory Affairs team at Crown Melbourne. Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Affairs & Licensing, this role plays a key part in managing Crown Melbourne’s regulatory obligations and fostering a trusted relationship with the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC).

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the timely execution of regulatory responses, reports, and submissions to the VGCCC.
  • Supporting the coordination of VGCCC engagement in line with Crown’s Regulatory Engagement Plan.
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of key initiatives, including delivery of a transformation program.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the business on licensing and associate-related matters.
  • Preparing high-quality regulatory reporting for management and the Board.
  • Developing insights through data analytics and supporting continuous improvement of compliance frameworks.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to build regulatory capability across the business.
