Our Financial Services division focuses on financial services and supports banks, insurance companies and asset managers in succeeding in an ever-changing and fast-paced world.

Your responsibilities:

As part of our Risk team in Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Munich, or Stuttgart, you will advise financial service providers on the latest developments regarding regulatory requirements for banks and/or insurance companies, as well as the transformation of compliance and non-financial risk management. Our comprehensive consulting services are geared towards the banking sector and wealth and asset management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising our clients on the impact of global and European regulations on their business model (ECB, EBA, KWG, MaRisk, MaComp, MiFiD II, WpHG etc.) and the implementation of regulatory requirements.
• Contributing to the development of effective and sustainable Risk & Compliance Governance and providing support in Regulatory Change Management / RegTech
• Compliance transformation, compliance management systems (CMS), compliance testing and sustainable improvement of internal control systems
• Development of innovative consulting solutions, responsibility for service delivery and project progress, professional leadership of team members, and collaboration in an international team of Risk & Regulatory experts.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships and identifying new market opportunities

Your skillset

• Completed studies in business administration or economics with a focus on the financial sector or business informatics, as well as very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English.
• At least seven years of professional experience in compliance and regulatory requirements of financial service providers in a consulting firm or in the specialist department of a financial service provider.
• In-depth knowledge of the banking and/or wealth and asset management industry, including personal perspectives on market trends, technological developments, regulatory interpretations and challenges, as well as risk and compliance structures.
