You’ll play a key leadership role in Regulatory Operations, supporting the day‑to‑day delivery of derivatives trade reporting and portfolio reconciliations across global regulatory regimes. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll guide BAU operations, support the team through regulatory complexity, and act as a trusted escalation point when issues arise. You’ll oversee reporting quality, help manage operational risk, and work closely with teams across Compliance, Risk, Technology and the Front Office to keep things running smoothly. You’ll also support change activity, from new regulatory requirements to system and control improvements, while stepping in for the Senior Manager when needed. This is a permanent, full‑time role based in Sydney, with flexibility to support global teams and regulatory timeframes.   What do I need? You’ll bring practical experience and a calm, delivery‑focused approach to operational leadership, with: •    Experience leading or supervising teams in an operational or regulatory environment •    Hands‑on knowledge of derivatives trade reporting or portfolio reconciliations •    Understanding of global regulatory frameworks like ASIC •    Confidence managing operational risk, controls and issue escalation •    Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and priorities   Why join us?
