If you’re an ideas person, problem solver and a hands-on doer, who loves to collaborate, you’ll thrive here.
We invest in our people, so you will have access to leading training and development opportunities, allowing you to develop both personally and professionally.

YOU MAY HAVE ALL OR SOME OF THE FOLLOWING SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, mathematics, data science, engineering or equivalent fields
Previous industry experience working across the three lines of defence including credit and/or market risk management teams within retail, corporate or investment banking
An advanced knowledge of the regulatory landscape, competitive ecosystem, processes, products and technology of the domestic and global financial services sector
A deep understanding of the risks and controls across the end-to-end transaction lifecycle in regulated financial institutions
Proficient in leading deliverables within large scale change management and operating model programmes in banking and/or investment management
A structured thinker with sound technical BA skills who has a proven capability in analysing complex client challenges to identify opportunities, and design innovative solutions across the financial services sector
Highly developed business communication and presentation skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment
Intermediate to advanced MS office skills, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
Visualisation and reporting analytics skills by using at least one of Tableau, Power BI or Alteryx (preferable)
