Acquire new SME customers to expand the client base. Identify business opportunities and provide financial solutions that align with bank policies. Achieve assigned business volume, revenue, and portfolio quality targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. 2–3 years of experience in SME banking is an advantage. Strong business acumen with a proven ability to meet performance targets. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Dedicated, self-driven, and highly motivated to succeed.
