Role Purpose The Remediation Manager will assist to set the strategic direction for the Remediation team and be accountable for the successful execution of all remediation services. This includes managing global workflows, ensuring operational excellence, growing the team’s capacity and capabilities, and collaborating across departments to drive innovation and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities A successful Remediation Manager will: Maintain consistent delivery of high-quality remediation outputs with minimal rework. Ensure even, efficient workflow allocation that optimises team capacity. Support measurable improvement in QA and turnaround times. Build a cohesive, motivated team with strong technical and research capability. Reduce escalations through proactive coaching, clear guidance, and operational oversight. Contribute materially to the reliability and scalability of the Remediation function. Qualifications Experience & Education Degree-level education, preferably in compliance, business, international studies, or related field. 4+ years of experience in due diligence, compliance operations, remediation, or research-based roles. 1–2+ years experience supervising or mentoring junior staff. Strong understanding of remediation tools, alert resolution workflows, and risk classification. Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, operational efficiency, and team development. We have an office available for those that wish to work there and run regular team building and social events for all local members of Ethixbase.
