JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Recognised degree, preferably in Business, Hospital Management or any healthcare-related discipline.
• At least five years of experience, including two years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience in healthcare management and administration is preferred.
• Good people, planning, communication, systems thinking, writing and presentation skills.
• Able to work autonomously and establish a strong internal network to ensure effective collaboration to achieve desired results.

You will provide strategic support to Chief Operating Officer in fulfilling the organisation’s vision and mission. You will need to enhance organizational effectiveness through planning and implementation of new care services and initiative.
