You will be part of the Sales and Marketing function within the Group Insurance business, supporting renewal portfolios through effective servicing of intermediaries and clients. The role focuses on driving high renewal retention, providing sound advisory, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end renewal experience. Develop a strong understanding of group insurance products to effectively manage and service renewal accounts through intermediaries. Apply knowledge of group insurance pricing to prepare and process renewal invitations. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate renewal data for billing and liaise with the operations team on operational matters. Manage and resolve escalations by coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective solutions. Coordinate with the claims team on claims-related escalations and provide timely updates to intermediaries/clients as needed. Ensure timely payment of premium by working closely with intermediaries/clients and internal finance teams. Support ad-hoc projects such as product/service enhancements, market analysis, and other business initiatives. Demonstrate accountability by proactively identifying business and regulatory compliance risks and taking appropriate steps to mitigate them. Keep up to date with industry and regulatory developments, emerging risks, and best practices in risk management. Raise potential concerns early and contribute to a strong risk culture by sharing best practices. Uphold high standards of integrity, take ownership of work responsibilities, and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude. Possess a degree or equivalent industry related qualifications. Have a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience in group insurance, employee benefits, or account management. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Are energetic, service oriented, and customer focused. Are adaptable, resilient, and able to work independently under pressure. Have strong soft skills and the ability to foster long term relationships. Uphold high integrity, take accountability for their work, and exhibit a positive, team oriented attitude. Take initiative to improve current processes and embrace new changes with an open mindset
