You will be involved in the areas of Sales & Marketing in Group Insurance business, and understand the process of servicing intermediaries/ direct clients on existing renewal business to achieve high renewal retention and business development The Job Servicing renewal accounts via intermediaries Flow down renewal data for billing and liaising with operation team to resolve operational matters Undertake any other projects assigned from time to time such as products /services enhancements, market analysis Make accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices; High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices. Degree or equivalent industry qualifications; Strong interpersonal skills & relationship-building; Energetic and servicing oriented individuals.
