Responsibilities:

EXPERIENCED MANAGER WITH LOTS OF ENERGY

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree or a comparable theoretical and practical background, with proven experience in people management, product development, project management, and a solid understanding of medical device industry standards and regulations including technical writing and knowledge of ISO, EU, FDA standards. Proficiency in Danish, both written and spoken, is essential, as well as strong communication skills in English.
Personally, you excel at communicating and collaborating with colleagues at all levels, and you have a talent for prioritizing, leading, and delegating tasks within a team. You are visionary, proactive, and authoritative, yet flexible and empathetic, with a positive and approachable attitude.
