Job Description
We are seeking a Manager for our Research Funding Support team. This team plays a crucial role in accurately interpreting research contracts, setting up research projects in our finance systems, and resolving any contract ambiguities to ensure precise financial records. Additionally, the team is responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing of the University’s External Research revenue.
This role is a unique opportunity to lead and inspire a team of professionals dedicated to research funding support. You’ll manage resources, and drive excellence in every aspect of the team’s work. With your strong leadership qualities, you’ll build a positive and dynamic team culture that encourages collaboration and high performance, while effectively communicating with internal stakeholders and the broader finance team.
As the Manager, you will ensure that milestones and financial records are meticulously maintained throughout the project lifecycle, while also ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
