REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA
  • Degree/Diploma in Business/Real Estate or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar industry
  • Excellent communicator and presentation skills
  • Is a people person and enjoys interacting with others on a regular basis
  • To work well within a team, but still be able to work independently and be self-motivated
  • To work over weekends when required

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing of prime residential properties for the purposes of sale and/or lease
  • Pitch for new marketing appointments
  • Update landlord/vendor of marketing activities
  • Provide clients with periodic market updates and excellent service
  • Independently develop a network of clients and referral partners
  • Attend industry or corporate events and network effectively
  • Be an ambassador of the Knight Frank brand
  • Be able to cold call and other forms of business development initiatives
