The Retail Marketing Manager will execute retail marketing initiatives to optimize vaccine availability and pull-through with retail pharmacies. This role will focus on developing resources, tracking retailer performance, and supporting field engagement plans. Reporting to the Retail Marketing Director, the Retail Marketing Manager will work closely with account managers and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop resources to support selling teams and ensure approval through copy review processes Track retailer performance and identify areas of opportunity Manage insight generation tracking, opportunities and routine updates on next steps Execute field engagement plans to support account directors and channel managers Collaborate with consumer and HCP marketers to align on customer needs Manage in-market campaign reporting and post-campaign reviews Key Attributes: Strong listening skills with the ability to prioritize and incorporate different perspectives across medical, clinical, commercial, customer and other functions Solutions-oriented. Able to bring out the best thinking from cross-functional partners and keep team(s) focused on the end goal Demonstrated analytical skills- ability to understand drivers of performance, synthesize and accurately draw conclusions from data and apply results of market research to inform decision making Why You? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or related experience Analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from data Experience with retail marketing campaigns and customer engagement Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: MBA 2 years of retail marketing experience US Vaccines marketing and/or sales experience Knowledge of vaccines, US market dynamics and characteristics Knowledge of U.S. healthcare system, marketing channels and drivers Experience effectively collaborating and influencing colleagues in the commercial organization, both in-person and remotely Brand management experience, including demonstration of scientific knowledge and competitive knowledge within therapeutic areas and individual assets (vaccines experience preferred) Experience setting and gaining alignment around brand strategies - particularly in complex and novel environments Customer facing experience preferred Capabilities / Competencies Marketing Implementation & Execution: A marketer who translates strategy into action — executing retail initiatives, managing resources and approvals, and ensuring seamless alignment with field and account teams to drive vaccine availability and pull-through. Analytical Insight & Performance Tracking: Skilled in turning data into direction, leveraging retailer performance metrics, campaign analytics, and market insights to identify opportunities, optimize tactics, and inform strategic recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: A collaborative communicator who unites medical, clinical, commercial, and customer teams around shared goals — ensuring marketing programs reflect diverse perspectives and deliver consistent, high-impact engagement.
