Job Description The Manager is a growth-focused role responsible for expanding our footprint within the local CPG and consumer brand sector. You will focus on high-velocity sales and partnership execution, ensuring that our mid-to-large-tier accounts are performing at peak efficiency. You will be the "boots on the ground," working closely with agency planners to turn campaign briefs into high-performing retail media activations. What You Will Be Doing Portfolio Growth: Proactively identify and acquire new brand partners across relevant industries & sectors to join the foodpanda media suite. Bank & Fintech Execution: Manage the day-to-day relationships with financial partners to execute tactical discount campaigns and co-branded marketing initiatives. Agency Coordination: Build strong rapport with Media Agency account managers and planners to ensure foodpanda is included in tactical campaign pitches. Campaign Management: End-to-end oversight of campaign setup, monitoring CTR and ROAS, and troubleshooting delivery issues with internal cross-functional teams. Data-Driven Reporting: Create comprehensive post-campaign reports that demonstrate clear ROI to partners, ensuring high retention and budget upsells. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and local market trends to identify new partnership opportunities or ad-product gaps. Qualifications Experience: 5–7 years in Digital Ad Sales, Media Planning, or Account Management. Agency Network: Strong existing working relationships with digital and media planning teams across Dhaka’s agency landscape. Technical Literacy: Solid grasp of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and the ability to explain them clearly to clients. Education: BBA/BSc in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's Degree will be highly preferred. Skills: Excellent presentation skills, high energy for business development, and a strong analytical mindset.
