Your Mission As Manager, Retail Operations, reporting to Félix Robitaille, Director of Experiential Marketing, your mission is to build the central retail engine that supports Store Managers and scales consistent customer experience and profitability—delivering growth excellence. You’ll lead labor modeling, customer experience insights, inventory flow, merchandising readiness, and performance tracking. This role calls for sharp analytical skills, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for operational excellence. You’ll work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Brand teams to drive scalable practices that bring consistency, efficiency, and growth across Cozey’s retail network. What you’ll be doing Develop and maintain labor models with Finance, equipping Store Managers to optimize schedules, manage task allocation, and improve labor efficiency. Lead customer experience programs, using Google Reviews and the Mystery Shopper program to generate insights, action plans, and targeted training refreshers — driving stronger ratings and improved shop scores. Ensure timely communication of inventory status, allocations, and backorders, while upholding floor-set standards and cycle count accuracy, Oversee merchandising standards and launch readiness, coordinating with Brand to deliver aligned, on-time product launches and maintain excellent store presentation. Analyze sales and profitability trends (e.g., conversion, AOV, sales per sq. ft.), share actionable insights with Store Managers, and recommend improvements that boost performance. Collaborate with Training, Finance, Operations, and Brand to continuously improve retail operations and elevate store results. We'd love to hear from you if you have 3–5 years of retail operations or multi-store support experience. Strong analytical skills with experience building retail models and reporting on KPIs. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with store teams and business partners. Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to turn data into clear, actionable insights. Strong project management skills to coordinate launches, reports, and cross-functional deliverables. Ability to influence without direct authority, enabling Store Managers rather than directly managing them. Team management experience Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced, scaling retail environment. Bilingual (English and French) mandatory. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with data/BI tools; familiarity with Shopify is an asset.
