About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Manager Retail Operations to join our Retail team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: Supervise daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functions Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets Coordinate with store team to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards Analyze operational data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement Support recruitment, training, and performance management of retail staff Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and pricing accuracy Maintain regular store presence to assess operations, customer service, and adherence to brand standards Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation across retail locations Implement and monitor health, safety, and security procedures in all stores Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational excellence About You: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong understanding of retail KPIs, store operations, and customer service standards Proficiency in retail management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple store locations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits: We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
