Primary Responsibilities: Manages retail pharmacy operation for a designated site with a staff of at least one pharmacist and four supportive personnel Responsible for: achievement of customer service, clinical initiative objectives, financial objectives, and regulatory compliance; adherence to professional practices and Kelsey-Seybold Clinic (KSC) and Kelsey Pharmacy policies and procedures; and management of all assigned personnel including students Manages pharmacy personnel, provision of services, inventory, and overall profitability of high prescription volume store Performs all duties of a registered pharmacist including accurate dispensing and counseling of prescriptions to customers You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: BS or Pharm D College of Pharmacy Current Texas Pharmacy license 3+ years of retail pharmacy experience with 2 years of experience as Pharmacist in charge Experience operating computer terminal for processing prescriptions Communication - able to communicate with Pharmacy Department personnel to delegate duties, inform about policies, train, assist with performance appraisals, and approve refunds/expense/returns Stress tolerance - to accurately process prescriptions within the required amount of time Professional appearance Preferred Qualifications: BCLS Immunization Certification Pharmacy Preceptor Certification HMO and 3rd party managed care experience Ability to travel to multiple pharmacy locations Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
