Description
  • Coordinate, plan, and execute revenue growth strategies for the CPAP Call Center
  • Perform revenue growth analytics to identify opportunities and evaluate results of implemented strategies
  • Lead the day-to-day actions related to call center metrics
  • Maximize revenue and exceed established targets

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and/or Tableau
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning (project management) skills
  • Strong background in analytical consulting, data science, or related field
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in revenue growth, required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, require

Education and Experience:

  • 3- 5 Years prior Revenue Growth Management
  • Prior experience of outbound dialer operation and revenue driven call center management, preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in analytics field or demonstrable equivalent experience in the field, required
  • MBA/Master’s Degree in analytics, preferre

Responsibilities
  • Manage and plan Outbound Dialer campaigns (using Avaya POM) to increase patient penetration
  • SME in all aspects of the AVAYA POM system
  • Improve call center agent metrics including, but not limited to efficiency and order conversion rate
  • Work collaboratively with business leaders to develop a continuous improvement culture
  • Analyze data to suggest opportunities for improving sales conversion and revenue growth
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
  • Manage cost-saving initiatives, executing associated plans and meeting targets
  • Develop presentations, summarized to the appropriate level (CEO, COO, RVPs, etc.)
