The Manager, Revenue Operations, will be responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of revenue initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term financial objectives. This role requires a strong analytical skill set to interpret data, identify trends and develop actionable strategies that support business goals. The director will not only design data driven revenue strategies but also lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Tactical optimization of rents, incentives, and lease terms. Optimizing Rent Matrices accurately and effectively due to the importance and reliance on this tool. Working closely with asset management and leasing teams, this position ensures monthly revenue budgets are achieved and consistently contributes to the company’s growth trajectory.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-family industry experience is required. sales, marketing, or operations
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or finance,
  • Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills.
  • Strategic, innovative, thinker with a strong business acumen.
  • A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Adept multi-tasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving is required.
  • Must be a self-starter with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and flexibility.
  • Ability to work with diverse people and interests while being culturally aware.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic revenue plans that support and align with the company’s overarching business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development of in-house platforms and systems to track revenue, building performance and market trends.
  • Create and execute competitive pricing strategies to optimize revenue.
  • Create, track and report on internal sales forecasts and budgets, using insights to identify strategies for maximizing revenue.
  • Present data-driven forecasts and strategies for senior leadership, adjusting approaches as needed.
  • Communicate and implement strategic directions to Regional Leasing Managers to ensure actions are effectively cascaded and executed at the site level.
  • Co-host bi-weekly revenue management meetings to present periodic results, goals and budgets to asset management and VP level leadership. Provide recommendations for 30-60-90-day actions to ensure initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented at the site level.
  • Focus on execution and optimization of pricing strategies, forecasting, and support leasing/marketing/asset management teams.
  • Individual contributor/subject-matter expert with some training responsibilities.
  • Competitive benchmarking, pricing recommendations, rent adjustments.
  • Forecasting occupancy, rental income and tracking other ancillary income sources as per set KPIs.
  • Data accuracy in Yardi and reporting.
  • Custodian of data hub. builds and manages reports and BI tools with relevant and timely data and statistics to serve business needs and stakeholder requests.
