Strategy and Planning Assist in implementation of risk management activities in line with the Enterprise Wide Risk Management (EWRM) Framework, with specific amendments to suit the local operations and regulations To provide support to Head, Risk Analytics and Management for non-credit risk related matters Business Performance and Management – Internal Business Process Prepare and ascertain correct daily and month-end reports of liquidity risk (e.g. deposit run-off rates, liquidity gaps, IRRBB) to relevant stakeholders, i.e. Finance, ALCO, and Risk Committee Inform line manager of any potential issues and highlight deviations e.g. breaches of limits and/or internal/regulatory thresholds and escalate to relevant stakeholders as per the escalation procedure Ensure documentation and reporting controls are up to date, managing operational risk in the process Work closely with upstream data providers to ensure data quality and remediation of any issues (i.e. Finance, business units, Operations) Assist in initiating, proposing, and reviewing risk policies and risk limits in order to mitigate market and liquidity risks across the Bank Assit in conducting annual stress tests including Contingency Funding Plan testing and prepare a post-mortem report to committees Involve in new product assessment in liquidity and market related risks Compliance Monitor and ensure that risk exposures, risk positions and risk-taking activities are consistent with the policies and limits set by Risk Committee and/or Board, and the regulator. Knowledge Skills and Experience: Qualifications Bachelor Degree in relevant fields, Banking & Finance is preferred. At least 2-3 years work experiences in liquidity risk management, treasury, or banking audit Technical / Functional skills Good understanding of Market/Liquidity and Compliance risks Good knowledge of regulatory requirements in relation to liquidity risk Strong data analytical skills Attention to details and able to track trends and spot anomalies Strong MS Excel skill for reporting and other MS Office applications Personal skills (Soft Competencies) Good planning, organizing and problem-solving skills Good oral and written communication skills in English Collaborative partner – ability to communicate effectively, clearly and concisely at all levels Highly motivated and committed
