Manager Risk and Control Advisory and Delivery

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Code of Conduct – adhering to and reinforcing the CBA code that sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.
• Risk Advisory – providing pragmatic risk advice to various stakeholders, ensuring a safe, sound and efficient operational environment
• Controls Improvement – supporting and influencing various stakeholders to review, develop, and implement controls and uplift initiatives that enable continuous improvement in risk and compliance outcomes.
• Operational Risk Management – regular review and development of operational risks and relevant controls, including support to common Business Bank risks.
• Compliance Management – regular review and support of regulatory obligations, relevant controls, and other compliance arrangements.
• Incidents and Issues – advising and supporting business stakeholders with root cause analysis of risk incidents and issues.
• Data Quality and Reporting – maintaining quality risk data in various databases and completing monthly management reporting.
• Change Management – ensuring risk and associated procedural changes are delivered effectively, minimizing disruption for employees and customers.
• Risk Culture and Capability – ensuring the risk culture and capability is continually improved across our stakeholders.
