As a Manager Risk and Control Advisory, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Risk and Control Advisory and will support the Group Treasury business with ensuring compliance with the Operational Risk Frameworks, policies and controls. You will provide support on operational risk matters across the Group Treasury portfolio as well as develop and improve processes through automation and visualisation.

WE’RE INTERESTED IN HEARING FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE:

• Sound experience in a Line 1 risk advisory function.
• Strong knowledge of Operational Risk and Compliance Management frameworks.
• Experience in Treasury, Markets (including Operations) and/ or Institutional Trading products would be advantageous.
• Ability to think critically and analytically and use data driven insights to solve problems.
• Demonstrate accountability and ability to challenge
• Experience with Tableau or Alteryx is highly desirable
• Influencing and consulting skills, the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• An academic or a professional qualification in a related field that supports the performance of the position is preferable.
