Description Round Hill Music is a creative music company with a core focus on music publishing . With offices in London, Nashville, and New York, the company offers a comprehensive music publishing division—complete with robust sync and copyright administration—alongside a music production library business. We work with great songs, deliver premiere client service, and ultimately try to achieve maximum value from the music we represent. The Royalty Client Services Manager oversees the end-to-end royalty accounting and payment processes for Round Hill Music’s publishing and record label operations. This role ensures accurate and timely royalty processing, payment administration, and client service for a diverse roster of artists and rights holders. Managing a small team, the Manager works closely with the Finance, Copyright, and Sync teams to reconcile royalty data, address client inquiries, and maintain compliance with tax and audit requirements. Primary Responsibilities Assist in the oversight of the end-to-end royalty accounting process, including processing, analysis, and administration of the company’s Record Label and Publishing royalties’ statements with an emphasis in Client Services and Royalty Payables Manage the entire royalty payment process, including gathering necessary tax information and payment details from clients and working closely with the Finance department to ensure requested payments are accurate Posting and tracking all payments requested by the Royalty team Manage the Royalty Clients’ portal and Client Concerns Manage a team of two royalty department coordinators on the payables side Work closely with the Finance team to track outgoing Cash and Reconciliation, Audits, IRS Tax documentation, and ad-hoc projects as needed Meet regularly with the Zync and Copyright teams to ensure all client details and issues are addressed Requirements Minimum 3 years of Music industry experience in Finance Management, Royalty Administration, or other related field required At least 1 year experience in a leadership role within a music management, music publisher, record label or major distributor. Strong analytical and reporting skills with large data sets Proven experience in project management with the ability to manage complex workflows and deadlines. Excellent understanding of music rights management, royalty accounting, collective management organizations, rights flows, and licensing concepts Knowledgeable in standard practices and procedures within the music industry across major and independent companies A working knowledge of music industry systems (GTMS, Record Maestro, SR1) and data analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with experience and ability to communicate and work closely with senior executives and clients A love and passion for music BA or master’s degree in the relevant field preferred What we give you Join an inclusive, collaborative and global community that values authenticity and providing excellent service.
