As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This dynamic role combines sales, operations management, customer service, and administrative tasks—all with a focus on delivering exceptional results for our customers. JOB SUMMARY:
As the Sales & Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the central point of contact for our customers, handling a variety of tasks depending on the daily needs of the business. You’ll provide customers with accurate quotes, manage operations, ensure efficient workflow, track staff time, and maintain high standards of customer service. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, a strong ability to communicate, and the flexibility to take on various responsibilities as needed. Salary will be determined based on experience and the value of relevant skills offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Interaction:
- Provide customers with accurate quotes and recommend services (PPF, tint, ceramic coatings) based on their vehicle’s needs and preferences.
- Follow up with past customers to offer maintenance services (e.g., reapplication of ceramic coatings, tint repairs, etc.) and ensure their needs are met.
- Proactively reach out to dealerships and potential clients to sell vehicle protection solutions.
- Communicate with customers, explaining the benefits of each service and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Operations & Administration:
- Handle daily operations to ensure services are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Track staff timesheets and ensure all hours are accurately recorded and submitted.
- Manage inventory, communicate with suppliers for detailing products, and ensure everything is stocked for the team.
- Open and close the shop, ensuring the business is locked and secure at the end of each day.
- Stay organized and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, even if it means working overtime to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication & Team Collaboration:
- Stay in close communication with the team, ensuring all tasks and jobs are handled in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers, handle scheduling issues, and update them on any changes or delays.
- Be available to contact the boss if urgent issues arise while out of town.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Sales Support at Dealerships:
- Travel to local dealerships to pitch and sell our protective solutions, building relationships and securing new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Automotive Experience: A solid background in the automotive industry with an understanding of various vehicle makes and models, or the willingness to learn.
- Bilingual (French & English): Fluency in both French and English is essential for communicating with our diverse customer base.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required. Manual driving experience is a plus.
- Multitasking & Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once.
- Customer Service: Must be personable, honest, and professional when interacting with customers. The ability to explain services clearly and handle customer concerns with care is essential.
- Self-Management: Ability to manage your time, stay organized, and follow through with tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel to local dealerships and meet potential clients.
- Flexibility: Willing to work overtime as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and completion of tasks.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues that may arise throughout the process.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with both customers and internal teams.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office) and general computer navigation.
- Square Appointments: Willingness to learn and use the Square Appointments app for scheduling and invoicing.
