Job Description What You Will Do Onboarding New Agents to Travel Super Mall b2b platform. Retaining existing business through personal relationships with our agency partners at all levels for our business growth. Identifying new business opportunities for incremental business. Regular sales visits to support agents on site and provide online training, and introducing new products to upscale agency sale. Coordinating with the support department to resolve issues promptly. Providing market insight and sales reports to the manager on daily basis. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the Travel industry is essential. Must be data-driven with a strong understanding of data to pull business insight out of it. We're looking for someone ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with excellent business communication skills. Significant experience in Business-to-Business negotiations and sales management is required. Proven experience in developing new and existing sales within the region, ideally with an online B2B travel platform or other domain from Travel Space. Demonstrated sales skills and a strong track record in the local travel industry are key. The ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, products, and procedures is important. Willingness to travel regularly for work-related trips. Complete fluency in both English and the local language is necessary.
