This individual will act as a key interface between product development, sales, marketing, and regional business units to ensure that digital solutions are aligned with market needs, competitive dynamics, and innovation trends.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Market & Opportunity DevelopmentIdentify and evaluate market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to derive opportunities for new digital products or enhancements.Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and strategic direction.Collaborate with customers and clients to gather insights and validate product-market fit.Go-To-Market StrategyDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies for digital products in collaboration with product management, marketing, and regional sales teams.Define value propositions, pricing models, and sales enablement materials.Support launch planning and execution across multiple geographies.Sales Enablement & CollaborationAct as the central liaison between global digital product teams and regional sales organizations.Work closely with Branch Managers, Sales Leads, and Business Units to align on sales targets, customer engagement strategies, and pipeline development.Derive and implement sales communication strategies tailored to different markets and customer segments.Innovation & Thought LeadershipMonitor innovation trends and digital transformation developments relevant to the business.Represent the company at industry fairs, conferences, and customer events to promote digital offerings and gather market intelligence.Identify and assess partnership opportunities to expand the digital ecosystem.Performance & ReportingTrack and report on business development KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue impact.Provide regular updates to senior leadership on market dynamics, sales performance, and strategic recommendations.Who we are looking forEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Innovation, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or product marketing—preferably in digital products or SaaS environments.Proven track record of launching and scaling digital solutions in international markets.Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional, and multicultural environments.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Deep understanding of digital business models, customer journeys, and value creation.Familiarity with CRM tools, market intelligence platforms, and digital analyticsWhat we offerThe final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years of experience within the industry, education, office location, etc.Provided they meet all eligibility requirement under the applicable plan documents, employees will be offered medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, supplemental medical plans, basic life insurance, AD&D, short term and long term disability, optional life and AD&D, optional spouse and dependent life insurance, dependent life insurance, flexible spend account, health savings account, identity theft monitoring, pet insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Wellness program, and tuition reimbursement.
