Description
Responsibilities Lead and grow all sales and distribution channels for Airport Express, High Speed Rail and sales partnership services Develop and strengthen partnerships with travel industry players, institutions and intermodal partners Manage, evaluate and control the appointment and performance of ticketing and travel agents Oversee ticket inventory control, seat allocation and adjustment for group tours and agency business, and coordinate closely with Chinese Mainland Railway counterparts Establish and maintain close collaboration with Chinese Mainland Railway administrations on ticketing coordination and booking arrangements Requirements Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or a related discipline A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in marketing, business development, passenger transport or hospitality, of which 3 years should be at managerial level Good analytical, business modelling skills for conducting business forecasts and communication skills Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and simplified Chinese characters) Strong experience in doing business in or with Chinese Mainland is preferable Remarks Occasional business travel to Chinese Mainland is required Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
