Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team 50%

Performance Monitoring: Track & lead sales team to achieve company performance metrics and KPIs. Identify areas of improvements and implement action plans as necessary 10%

• Customer Relationship Management: Achieve principal’s targets of NPS through constant improvement of Retail customer experience 10%

Process Management & Collaboration: Identify areas of improvements for sales processes through close collaboration with other functions to increase productivity of the sales team 10%
Sales & Product Training: Keep abreast of automotive trends and competitors, providing training for sales team to raise salesmanship and product knowledge. 10%
Sales Operations & Compliance: Prepare and provide sales reports and forecasts for senior management or principal. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in sales operations. 10%

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience (3 years) in sales leadership roles within the automotive industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
