We’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager in Germany. You will work hybrid and report to the Senior Sales Development Director, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of SDRs covering DACH
  • Developing SDRs into sales-ready candidates, train them to identify, contact and create qualified lead opportunities
  • Monitoring SDR dashboards, make sure data is accurate and team is on pace with their goals and identify opportunities to level up
  • Motivating, incentivising, and recognising team members to encourage top performance
  • Defining performance-driven metrics, and expectations for pipeline creation and report on team and individual results, inclusive of outbound calls and emails

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Minimum 2 years of prior SDR Leadership Experience at a Tech/SaaS company
  • Experience building relationships between SDR teams and Marketing, Sales
  • Experience managing teams remotely and in person
  • Fluent German speaker

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Experience selling security, SaaS or software and demonstrated ability to forecast
  • Proficient in use of relevant CRM database tools (SFDC)
  • Bachelor’s degree
